Manufacturing Process

Our carbon fiber parts are manufactured using advanced vacuum bag technology rather than traditional hand lay-up methods. This process offers several important advantages:

Fiberglass (FRP)

Fiberglass (FRP) is a durable and cost-effective material widely used in the automotive industry. It offers excellent flexibility and is ideal for customers planning to paint their parts to match their vehicle.

Compared to carbon fiber, fiberglass is slightly heavier but more flexible, making it a great option for street builds, body kits, and custom paint projects.

Fiberglass parts are supplied in a black or white gel coat finish and require preparation, sanding, primer, and paint before installation.

Carbon Fiber (CF)

Constructed from woven carbon strands bonded together under heat and pressure, carbon fiber offers exceptional rigidity while remaining significantly lighter than traditional materials.

Our carbon fiber parts feature premium 3K Carbon Fiber 1×1 twill weave sourced from Japan and are manufactured using vacuum bag technology for optimal strength and finish quality.

Handmade Product Information

All products are handmade and manufactured individually. Because of this, minor imperfections may occasionally be present and are considered normal within the composite manufacturing process.

Possible minor imperfections may include:

• Small clear coat imperfections

These characteristics do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the product.
