We do our best to offer you the cheapest and fastest guaranteed delivery option based on your location.

Order Cancellation Fees and Conditions

Cancelled orders by the buyer are subject to upto 10% cancellation charge of the total amount of the order (depending on the payment method). The order can be cancelled providing the products have not been boxed and shipped. If products have been ordered and shipped out, the order can not be cancelled at that time. Orders which are Refused At Delivery are subject to our previously mentioned cancellation fee.

Jass Performance
Jass Performance product orders are shipped with UPS/FedEx/TNT (7 days delivery) or Post (14 days delivery, due to the global pandemic situation, we experienced frequent delays – up to 8 weeks). If you want your order to be shipped with UPS/FedEx please contact us and we can quote the shipping cost.

CarbonMiata
CarbonMiata products are shipped with EMS postage from Shanghai, China and there can be big delays to some destinations. If you want your order to be shipped with UPS/FedEx please contact us and we can quote the shipping cost.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME

We try to keep an inventory for all the parts but it happens that a lot of orders come in for a certain reference and as we only have one set of molds and that they are entirely made by hands it sometimes takes more time to make the parts. Therefore we prefer to announce a 45-60 days production time if the item is not in stock. This is due to the high demand of our products and that we need time to make quality parts! If you are in a hurry, we advise you to contact us prior the purchase to make sure we have the item in stock! For the delivery we mainly use EMS and the China post to handle our parcels and it can take between 10 to 15 days to reach the final destination. We can also use DHL if you are in a hurry. In that case, please let us know before the purchase so that we can recalculate the exact fee.

COVID19 SITUATION UPDATE

Due to the COVID19, our parcels will take a longer time to be delivered. For smaller items, the shipping time is typically around 2 weeks but for larger items such as spoilers, trunks or fenders, the shipping time is between 4 and 6 weeks. This is due to the lack of airplanes operating and the lack of staff to handle the parcels. It’s quite usual that the parcels arrive in the customs of the destination country and sit there for a while until it’s delivered to you. This is normal at this time and we are truly sorry but we do not have control over that!

IMPORT TAXES

We ship all our products from Shanghai, China. We are not responsible for the import taxes which occur at the country of destination. Different destinations have different ways of dealing with parcels from Asia. For example if you are located in the USA, you won’t have to pay any taxes on arrival but if you are in Europe you might!

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We package all of our items carefully and with strong packaging materials. Items are rarely damaged in shipping. However, if this does occur, please REFUSE the parcel and DO NOT sign the airway bill. EMS will then send us back to us for free and we can immediately send you a replacement. If you see that the package is damaged, try to ask the delivery guy to check inside the parcel if the part is broken. Most of the times they let you check before signing the receipt.

If you already opened the parcel and realize it’s damaged than please contact us, we do not offer refunds but we will send a replacement.

RETURNS

It is our desire for you to be completely happy with your purchase but due to China banning the import of car parts, we cannot accept any returns.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Past this time, 20% of the item(s) retail value will be kept as a cancellation fee. This is not negotiable. Thanks for your understanding.

V-MAXX products are always shipped with Fedex/DPD (it usually takes around 7 days to receive the parcel).

DaveFab products are shipped from the UK with DHL/EMS postage.

Confirming the order under the EMS shipping conditions, you do agree, you are aware the order is placed under unprecedented and extraordinary conditions in which the order can get delayed up to 8 weeks.

All orders are collected and dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery may be possible depending on the service used also on Saturdays.
Jass Performance Products are shipped from Europe with UPS, TNT and EMS Services. By default all international orders are shipped with the cheapest postage option with guaranteed delivery. Please let us know if you prefer faster shipping option and we will get back immediately with all possible alternatives.
International orders above 2kg are always shipped with courier service, phone number is required with the order details in such case.
With the aim for immediate dispatch and fastest delivery, in case of product order availability in a different warehouse, we reserve the right to ship from there for the same postage and delivery time conditions, the price differences will be covered from us.

For CarbonMiata Products

When buying items on this site, buyer must fully understand that products are made by hand and therefore that every item will not be 100% same as the others made. Imperfections such as small scratches or “hairs” of fabric in the clearcoat are normal and cannot be avoided. The weights listed on our website are fore reference only. We put a lot of work to make all our items install as easy as we can but buyer must know that some fitment and modification can be necessary in some case. We recommend customers to find a professional shop to install parts on their car. This is to prevent scratches, cracks or other problems during the installation.

Those parts MUST NOT be used on the streets. Carbon fiber and fiberglass are strong materials but not as strong as steel, during a crash, the carbon can break quite easily. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use our items on his car. We recommend using our parts only on the track in a safe environment.

RETURNS

New, unused, unopened items may be returned within 7 days for refund excluding the shipping fee from us to you. Please contact us for the return address.

Items that are shipped incorrectly will be exchanged for the correct item. Contact us to get a return shipping label and instructions. Return must be unopened and unused to be exchanged. Opened/used items can not be exchanged or returned.

V-MAXX Products are shipped from Europe with DPD to EU countries and with FEDEX to USA & the rest of the world. The delivery takes up to 7 working days for EU and up to 10 days for USA.
