What does TopMiata Marketplace mean?
It is a service that we offer where registered Vendors will have access to our platform to sell their products on our website.
How do I join TopMiata MarketPlace?
All you have to do is submit the Vendor Registration Form, and in a short period of time we will contact you to approve your membership.
If approved, what fees do I have to pay? What is TopMiata Marketplace's commission?
There are no setup, subscription or listing fees. We simply deduct a reasonable 18% commission from the product price, once a sale occurs on our site.
Who pays PayPal Transaction fees?
PayPal fees are already calculated into our competitive commission. you don’t have to pay any extra fees.
What is the payment schedule and method?
Payments will be deposited into your preferred PayPal account once the product is delivered to the customer.
What types of items can I sell on TopMiata Marketplace?
From our already incorporated categories you can sell practically everything relevant to the Mazda Miata MX-5. Do you have any suggestions for a new category or a different car brand? Ask us through our email: info@topmiata.com
Do the customers know who they are buying from?
Yes, the name of the vendor appears on the Product as “Sold by”, and you will have the option to improve and promote your brand page/shop.
Can I get in touch with the end customer?
Yes. It is even more than advisable for you to build fluid communication with customers. They will be able to contact you directly through our platform, you will receive email notifications about new orders and customer inquiries.
How do I add and manage my item listing?
Once your membership is approved, login to your account at: https://www.topmiata.com/my-account/ and head to your dashboard where you can add/edit your products. (products need to be approved before going live on the Marketplace)


What are the shipping and fulfillment requirements?

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and shipping/sending orders after a customer has bought their product(s).
There are two possible shipping types:
–Â Per Product Shipping:Â the Vendor has the ability to add his own rates per product.
(Country Code – Use the 2 digit country code, e.g. US or GB)

– Free shipping: the vendor won’t be charging any shipping fee.

Can I use the shipping service that I want?
Yes. However, the associated tracking and its URL must be provided to offer the customer all the necessary information about the delivery of their order.
Do I have to update product inventory?
Yes. If you leave it at 0 for what we have in store, the item will be shown as Out of Stock to customers online.
How do I check for and process orders?
On your dashboard, you will have several options to update/process orders also as checking reports and other features.
