TopMiata Marketplace lets approved vendors sell aftermarket parts, accessories, and enthusiast merch to a focused audience. We’re Miata-first—and expanding to Honda and Toyota—so your brand grows with us.

What is the TopMiata Marketplace?

It’s a platform where approved vendors sell aftermarket car parts, accessories, and automotive-themed merchandise directly to enthusiasts. Once approved, you’ll get a shop profile to showcase products and build your brand.

How do I become a vendor?
  1. Complete the Vendor Registration Form.
  2. Our team reviews your application.
  3. If approved, you’ll access your Vendor Dashboard and start listing products for approval.
Are there any fees?
  • No setup, subscription, or listing fees.
  • 18% commission per sale (PayPal processing included).
When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are sent to your PayPal after the order is successfully delivered to the buyer.

What can I sell?
  • Aftermarket parts & accessories: interior, exterior, performance, styling.
  • Universal automotive products: lighting, tools, maintenance items.
  • Lifestyle & merch: clothing, decals, collectibles, gear for enthusiasts.

Have products that don’t fit a category yet? Contact us—we’re open to expanding.

Will buyers know who the seller is?

Yes. Listings show “Sold by [Your Shop Name]” and link to your customizable vendor profile.

Can I communicate with customers?

Yes. Buyers can message you through the platform—you’ll receive email notifications for new orders and messages.

How do I manage my listings?

Use your Vendor Dashboard to add, edit, or remove products, and manage stock. New listings require approval to keep quality high.

How does shipping work?

You handle fulfillment. Supported options include:

  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Free shipping
  • Local pickup
  • Table Rate (rules by region, weight, etc.)

Always include tracking so buyers can follow their order.

Do I need to track inventory?

Yes. Manage stock levels in your dashboard. Items set to Out of Stock can’t be purchased.

How do I process orders?

Orders appear in your dashboard—update statuses, add tracking, and manage shipping. Built-in reports help track performance.

What about returns and refunds?
