Please make sure, the upper middle fixing point is be present, as the heat shield screws to it and the rear vertical ones. If you have OEM heat shield it is most probably there, if it is removed, you should see a bracket, that connects to the manifold fixing points.

This item looks great, but in my na miata, the holes don’t match up. I think I need another bracket to attach it to because my heat shield is not there. I ordered this to cover the bare exhaust pipes.
